Our perspective

Backup should be observable, selective and safe.

A green “completed” label means little if teams cannot see what was captured, what was skipped, how API capacity was used, or what can be recovered.

That is the gap RASP Vault is designed to close. The platform brings Salesforce data, files, attachments and metadata into one protection model, while keeping jobs traceable and storage private.

We are taking a deliberate path: respecting Salesforce limits, separating tenants and sensitive resources, and avoiding claims that recovery is automatic when review and preparation are still required.
